So,you are arrived in island of God Bali,Indonesia very beautiful but you don't know where to go,well if you prefer place with less crowded,less tourist,beautiful beach then you should go to south Bali it's area that still not much developed so you can travel more like a local and discover a virgin beauty nature and beach
So,how to get to south bali ?
From airport you can take a local uber it's called (gojek) you can order motorbike or car it's just back to what your preference or needs
for morbike it cost about : $3
for car it cost about : $8
Accomodation :
There is a lot of options of accomodation in south bali
Hostel'hotel,homestay,villa,resort,etc
for me personally i always stay in homestay,brielle homestay i know the owner of the homestay,she is really nice to me,the room is clean and strategic you have kitchen also

Dormitory room :
Price : Rp 100,000/night or $7
I was stay in dormitory room for 2 nights and i was alone so it kinds of feel like i have all the room by myself which is quite nice,the room was clean and good typical hostel or dormitory room
Standard private room :
Price : Rp 175,000/night or 12.5
The room was amazing totally worth the money i have a jungle and little bit beach view

BEACH IN SOUTH BALI
I love beach and south bali have so many options of a good beach you can try :
Dreamland Beach
It was good there is quite a lot of people there it located inside private property,you only have to pay for the park for motorbike it was cost me Rp 2,0000-5,0000 i don't really remember sorry but it's affordable even for local like me
There is some store that is selling merchandise when you walk towards the beach,i was going there alone and meet friends for sunset and the sunset is so beautiful
There is also quite a lot of people who do surfing and they say it's good for surfing

Balangan Beach
This beach is quite hidden it was quite challenging to find this beach i even have to get lost and almost get bite by a dog because of that LOL,but it was totally worth it you should go this beach with motorbike,it's also good for surfing,the beach is surrounded by the hills

Bingin Beach
This is my favorite beach it's hidden i have to walk about 30 minutes and take like 15-20 minutes stairs the stairs is not yet well made so it's quite challenging i have to take some rest when i was walking and i get lost again
BUT I FIND A BEAUTIFUL SECRET HIDDEN BEACH

I highly recommend for young people backpaker or luxury holiday kind of person to go to Bingin beach with white sand,beautiful rocks,good restaurant,friendly people what is better than that ?
There is quite a lot of people who surf on this beach and they have some surfing class for me as a local it was cost quite a lot of money price for private 2 hours surfing lesson is about,Rp 300,000-400,000 or $20-30
I was there when it was high tide i almost get lost in the beach because of the big waves but there is a lovely lady who help me
WHERE TO EAT IN SOUTH BALI
When you are in Indonesia you have to download apps gojek it's one of the go to apps you can order motorbike,car,even truck there is gonna be driver who gonna take care of it and also they have gofood which allow you to order food from restaurant and it's really helpful,I usually order breakfast from gofood since when i am in the morning and i am too lazy to go anywhere i can just order wait and get my food.
Healthy Food :
Bali Buda
They provide a lot of healthy food that taste so good,juice,nuts,for price it's about Rp 40,000-150,000 quite expensive but totally worth it if you are into healthy organic food i am highly recommend it
and the employee is really friendly and nice

It's really cheap the price cost for 1 meal it's about Rp 20,000-40,000,you already get tasty local food,it's quite popular amongs the local too and backapaker
Tips traveling in south bali :
Rent motorbike is a must it's gonna save you a lot of money and get you to places more easy,most of tourist spot do not allow local uber such as gojek or grab to go because they have local law and local transportation
Download gojek apps its totally life saver and apps to go to
Respect other people and cultures

and when what so called beauty standard that build by media and capitalist
system that make us really challenge to even love yourself but just remember to
comeback and say to yourself I love you and you are enough
And also another passage of this book “These
political,economic and Social issues are about our bodies.They intersect with
our race,age,gender,ability,sexual orientation and a multitude of other ways
our bodies exist” I find so many issue just because other people have different
race for example is what happen to my own country Indonesia,Papua they get
racist comment such as you look like a monkey,your skin colour is dark a lot of
papua people protesting about that because they have been discriminated for so
long,colonialized even from their own country their precious land get
stolen,people get killed in the name of economic opportunity and different
races.
One of the question in the book is “can you recall an
occasion when you compared yourself to someone ? how did the comparison impact
your self-esteem and self-confidence ? how did it impact your ideas about the
other person ?” I compare myself to other people a lot of times even almost
everyday,my physical body is quite fit into “beauty standard” because of my
genetics and lifestyle but I always never feel enough and really loved my body
my skin is dark and most of the times around my country the beauty standard is “white
skin colour” I try to make my skin more bright so many times buying a lot of
nonsense and waste product just so I can more fit into beauty standard and
looking back I realize if I already practice radical self love back then I don’t
have to do all of that nonsense doing face mask everyday buying the papaya
soap,try lemon to my skin that at end makes my skin irritate,I have a dark
chocolate skin colour and its totally okay I am still beautiful and I am enough
and worthy enough to feel,be and get loved.
Let's just stop apologize for our body and let's celebrate and love our body.
