Everyday,we should have single highlight like the one things I want to get done to make today a WIN

G Grateful Things what do you grateful about today ?
L Let go of things
3) Write a To Do List
Think of it as an obstacles on your path that you gonna power through
4) Parkinson's Law
Work expands to fill the time that we allocate to it,Keep that in Mind
5)Get Out of a Slump
Do things that help you get out of slump you can try workout,get a caffeine,go for a walk but stay safe keep 6ft away
other tips from me :
6) Have a morning routine
I think morning determine a lot the rest of your day so better start with something positive like doing workout,shower,etc rather than stuck with your phone
7) Have daily,weekly,monthly Goals
I think having goals is very important as it help me to keep me in track with my work and performances
